Redeeming Expired Vouchers:

In the state of Virginia, gift certificates and voucher NEVER fully expire.  After the expiration date, the voucher will be good for the amount paid for it.  This means that before the expiration date, your voucher is worth twice as much as you paid for it.  After the expiration date, the voucher is worth what you paid for it toward the service indicated on the voucher.
