Mercury is a metal that is one of the most toxic substances on earth yet it makes up 50% of "silver" fillings formally known as dental amalgams. Consider what these organizations have to say about the mercury in dental fillings:
| With Amalgams Diagnosed with: Lupus, Myasthenia Gravis, Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Sclerosis, and Depression |
After Removal of Amalgams For more of Freya Koss' story, click here. |
| adhesives air conditioner filters antiseptics body powders broken thermometers cereals cosmetics dental fillings |
fabric softeners floor waxes insecticides laxatives medications mercurochrome paints paper products |
pesticides psoriasis ointments seafood skin lightening creams soft contact lens solutions suppositories tanning leather wood preservatives |
|
|
In 1981 it was proved that dental amalgams are the major source of mercury. Unfortunately, this mercury passes to the baby in it's mother's womb!
| ADHD Alzheimer's disease appetite suppression brain damage blurred vision blushing bronchitis chronic fatigue dizziness drowsiness emotional disturbances excess saliva fatigue forgetfulness gum bleeding/soreness headaches |
hearing loss lowered immune function insomnia irritability joint discomfort kidney problems light sensitivity loss of self-control memory loss migraines nervousness nerve fiber degeneration numbness pain in limbs poor coordination rashes |
sadness skin irritation shyness sleep difficulties speech disorders stomach cramps swallowing difficulties tingling tremors vision loss weakness |
Research shows that the mercury in the amalgams (dental fillings) can give exposure that is over 1,000 times the amounts considered safe.
In the Journal of Natural Medicine Dr. Nan Fuchs states, "Mercury is considered one of the most toxic substances on earth. But while hazardous materials crews are called in to clean up the most minor mercury spills, you're slowly accumulating this lethal toxin in your brain each day...If the dentist were to take a single mercury-based filling out of your mouth and throw it in his backyard, the EPA could cite and fine him for polluting the environment."
Do you think the mercury in this sheep indicates that these statements are true?

At Optimum Health, we believe that mercury can drive the production of fat for storage of the metal, thereby, leading to obesity. Mercury can also be stored in the joints and destroy them. We use chlorella and the Aqua Detox medically approved equipment to allow your body to remove this harmful metal. Our clients say they feel lighter and more vibrant after the first 30 minutes. Within weeks, they begin to loose the hardened aged look that toxic loads can cause.
The International Academy of Oral Medicine presents physical evidence of the release of mercury vapors from a 25 year old amalgam filling. Also presented is the overview of scientific data confirming the distribution of the mercury to vital organs of the body.

The Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary present definitive facts indicating that dental mercury damages brain neurons.

"...nearly all fish and shellfish contain traces of mercury. For most people, the risk from mercury by eating fish and shellfish is not a health concern. Yet, some fish and shellfish contain higher levels of mercury that may harm an unborn baby or young child's developing nervous system. The risks from mercury in fish and shellfish depend on the amount of fish and shellfish eaten and the levels of mercury in the fish and shellfish. Therefore, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are advising women who may become pregnant, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and young children to avoid some types of fish and eat fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury." (See full article.)
Obviously, the FDA is acknowledging the dangers to unborn babies and young children for amounts of mercury that are SLIGHTLY higher than trace amounts found in some fish. According to the World Health organization dental fillings are a larger source of mercury exposure to humans than all other sources combined. Therefore, it only stand to reason that the exposure from "silver fillings", are harmful to unborn babies or young children.
