Understanding Hypoglycemia

Hypoglycemia is the medical term for a state produced by a lower than normal level of blood glucose ("sugar").   When your blood glucose drops too low, stored glucose should be  broken down and released to your blood stream to raise your blood glucose level back up to normal.
