Absolutely! Cellular Detoxification will activate your body's ability to dump toxins at the cellular level and research proves it. Look at the pictures below. See all of the cloudiness inside the blood cells (circles) in the before picture. Notice that is all gone in the after picture. This is proof that after the cellular detoxification process the cells have literally dumped their toxins! The water has been tested and found to have contents that could have only come from the human body. Yes, these toxins are definitely pulled through the many pores of your feet.

3. When you google "cellular detoxification" (or "aqua detoxification" or "ion foot bath" as it is also known) you will get plenty of information indicating that it is a scam. (True or False)

And this is very unfortunate because it scares some people away from the very thing that could be so helpful to them. This false information was put on the Internet prior to 2004 by people with good intentions. In 2004 the European Medical Association published research results for the Aqua Detox Equipment and made it an indisputable fact that this is 100% scientific and definitely activates and assist the body with dumping toxins. As a result, the Aqua Detox Equipment has been accepted by medical establishments in some countries. One would have a hard time finding new defamatory information even on the Internet since this research was published. Unfortunately, the old information is still floating on the Internet pages.
4. The Cellular Detoxification Array is a special mathematical process utilized to calculate the amount of toxins in your body. (True or False)

The array is the white piece that sits in the center of the foot bath. It is a specialized magnet made of plastic and metal parts. It helps generate a small current and ions that are passed into your body to activate and help facilitate the removal of toxins. The array has a wire that attaches to the control panel allowing the control panel to determine when the magnet will repel or attract the ions.
5. Most cellular detox machines have some type of medical approval or testing to show that they work. (True or False)
B) False
There is only one cellular detox machine that has any type of medical approval. It is the Aqua Detox Machine sold in the United States by Aqua Detox USA. This machine has been given the European Class IIa Medical Approval because the research has been done and accepted by the European Medical Establishment.
The European Medical System focuses on health and are, therefore, open to accepting this type of machine. Let's hope that one day the American Medical System will focus more on health and be willing to accept the Aqua Detox Machine and the many benefits it can provide through cellular detoxification.

The electrical current and magnet will react with the particles in the water and cause an orange color. This color will get extremely vivid after the machine runs for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Notice the general uniformity of the color. We call this the control. Most medical equipment must allow for controls.

Notice that the color in the first two pictures is not uniform. There is more color near the feet. Look near the heal in the second picture. It is still clear there while it is very orange near the toes. Sometimes nearly all of the color will be on one side near one foot. This is thought to occur because the color is coming mostly from the feet instead of coming mostly from the interactions between the water and the machine as with the control.
Another major difference that you see when feet are in the water is whether or not the orange color will appear since a person's feet can cause the water to turn green or brown instead of orange.
The time it takes for the orange color to appear at its most vivid stage is another thing that will be very different. Note in the pictures above that the vivid orange color began to appear at about 15 to 20 minutes without feet and between 5 and 10 minutes with feet in the water. When this orange color is reached so quickly, we understand this to mean that the person's body has contributed to the orange color causing it to appear much sooner than it would have appeared if there were no feet in the water.
Finally, even when the orange color is present, the last 10 minutes of the detox can begin to look very different than the control. Notice the foam and really dark color that did not appear in the control. Often colors like dark green and yellow green can begin to appear also.
8. If you run the detox machine with no salt in the water, the water will stay clear. (True or False)
A) True
The salt is necessary to aid the electrical current in passing from the array/electrode through the water. This is demonstrated at many science museums around the country. There will be a display with ocean water (salt water) and tap water. The light bulb in the middle of the water will light up in the salty ocean water, but it will not light up in the tap water. This happens as a result of the electricity passing through the salt water but only barely passing through the tap water.
9. Does anyone ever feel anything while they are sitting there with their feet in the water for an ion cleanse? (Yes or No)
A) Yes
Most of the male clients at Optimum Health say they do not feel anything until they have had about 10 or more detoxes. Most of the female clients feel something the very first time. What do they feel? Clients describe a pulling and resonating sensation. Our clients indicate the pulling sensation when the magnet is pulling the ions from the body. The resonating sensation is only indicated when the ions are being pushed into the body. Most often the sensations will occur in the area of the body that corresponds to the organs thought to be detoxing as indicated by the color of the water at the time that the sensation occurs. The water looks different for everyone just as a fingerprint is different for everyone.

The color of the water seems to depend on the part of the body that needs attention at the time of the detox. At Optimum Health we have clients that will have their water turn bright yellow green, dark green, vivid orange, burnt orange, brown and black. Some clients will have a few black specks in their water and some will have many black specks in their water. Some clients will have a lot of bubbly foam on top of their water and some will have a lot of flat foam on top of their water. Some clients have no foam at all. After each detox, we explain what our experience has shown each color to indicate.
11. After cellular detoxification you will detox at an accelerate rate for 48 hours, therefore you will need to drink the following amount of water:
C) Drink in excess of 24 ounces of water in an hour several times a day.
Your body can absorb 4 ounces of water each hour and make it a part of you. If you drink more than 4 ounces, the extra water will be used to rinse your body and create urine. If you drink 24 ounces of water in one hour, you should make approximately 20 ounces of urine to rinse and flush your system of the toxins that are being released at an accelerated rate.
Does 24 ounces sound like a lot of water to you? It is actually comparable to the average size of a bottled, flavored drink/soda that we tend to guzzle. Most people do not drink enough water and many people think that the water used in flavored drinks can be counted as part of their water intake for the day. Unfortunately, adding flavoring and sweeteners to the water limits it ability to rinse and cleanse your body. Therefore, the only thing that should be considered when counting the amount of water you drink each day is the plain water that has nothing added to it.
At Optimum Health we encourage people to only guzzle water, sip everything else. Aren't you drinking the flavored drinks for the flavor? Then sip it and enjoy the flavor. Guzzle water for health!
12. Cellular detoxification cannot activate the detoxification of your entire body. (True or False)

Cellular Detoxification can activate the detoxification process in all of the cells in all of the organs in your entire body. The beautiful thing about this is that it works in harmony with your body's desire to detoxify! It leaves your body in control. The organs that your body is struggling with the most at the time of detoxification are the organs that will be detoxified. Each time you go back to get the next detoxification your body will have the opportunity to dump toxins from the cells that are struggling the most until they are all cleaned out!

A client had her eye literally protruding from the socket and that whole side of her face was swollen. She couldn't see out of that eye well enough to know the color of the wall in front of her. She was sent to her primary care physician who sent her to an endocrinologist. All reports came back normal and she was told that it was just her advanced thyroid disease acting up and that there was nothing that could be done. However, it made no sense for it to be thyroid disease when she no longer had a thyroid. At that point cellular detoxification was suggested. Within 15 minutes of finishing the detox, she could indicate the color of the wall. One hour after the detox she said she felt a popping in her head as if pressure had been released. Then her eye went back into the socket. Within two weeks her face had a no indication of swelling. She continued to detox for the entire recommended course and was very satisfied.

A client struggled with urinary strictures and an enlarged prostate for more than ten years. He would often go to have the stricture opened so that he could pass his urine. He began Optimum Health's cellular detoxification program and, after two weeks, he was able to pass his urine with no problems.

A client was diagnosed with stage IV kidney failure and was to begin dialysis. He detoxed the color water we associate with cleansing the kidneys so he decided to continue detoxing. A few months later his doctor did his test again and decreased him to stage 3 and said his kidneys were working great for his age.

A client's physician diagnosed her with chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. She hurt all the time. She began the cellular detoxification and, within a few weeks of treatment, she found that she only hurt when someone touched her. She had to detox twice a week faithfully because she noticed that the pain that used to always be there would begin to return about 3 days after she detoxed. Within a few months she was able to decrease to detoxing once a week without the pain returning. Her energy level increased drastically. She notice how much better she was doing when she was able to spend most of the weekend walking and shopping and never tired.
14. After detoxifying and seeing a lot of toxins come out into the water, I can repeat the detoxification as often or as seldom as I chose because it makes no difference how often I detoxify. (True or False)

This cellular detoxification process works best when done twice a week until the water is clear at the end of the detoxification. At that point you should go once a week for two weeks to make sure that the water remains clear. After that it is recommended that you go once a month to keep removing the toxins that you will come into contact with each month.
Optimum Health has had some clients to try and detox less often due to finances. Unfortunately, most of the clients who have detoxed metal and do not continue twice a week experience pain and discomfort when standing and they report that their legs begin to feel heavy. In most cases they finally begin to detox twice a week and all symptoms subside.
Remember the client with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia that was mentioned in the answer to problem #13. She would be pain-free after detoxing. However, the pain would begin to return about 3 days after she detoxed. Therefore she had to detox twice a week to remain virtually pain-free. Within a few months she was able to decrease to detoxing once a week without the pain returning. It is experiences like this as well as the recommendations from Aqua Detox USA (manufacturer of our machine) that causes Optimum Health to give the above recommendation.
